Mix the ground rice and the essential oil together, so that the rice does not coagulate. Then add the lemon juice and apply the mixture on your face in a circular motion. Rinse with lukewarm water once done.

Orange and Oatmeal Scrub
This is a natural body exfoliant. Orange essential oil will have a toning effect on the skin too. To make this scrub you will need 2 tbsp of bran, 2 tbsp of ground oatmeal, 1 tsp lemon juice, and 5 drops of pure orange essential oil. Mix all the ingredients together and keep it aside for a couple of hours before using it. Apply on the body in a circular motion and rinse well. Follow-up with a good moisturizer.

Sugar and Olive Oil
This is the best scrub of the entire body, including the face. This is the cheapest way of making a skin exfoliant at home. For this, you will need 2 tbsp of virgin olive oil and organic white sugar. Mix the two ingredients until they become a thick paste. Rub the paste in a circular motion on the body parts and rinse well. This will make your skin feel supple within minutes.

Fruit Scrub
The natural alpha hydroxy acids contained in fruits are a great help in restoring radiance on the skin. Mash half a cup of papaya and strawberries together. Add a tablespoon of yogurt and mix it well. Put the pack on your face and let it settle for 15-20 minutes. While scrapping it off, rub it a little, with moist hands.
