Many youngsters depend more on soft drinks in order to meet their daily fluid intake. These popular drinks mostly contain soda or carbonated water, which does not hydrate the skin. In fact, drinking too much of carbonated beverages can trigger acne breakouts. Therefore, it is recommended to avoid or minimize consumption of carbonated water to cure and prevent this skin condition.
